NextStage has appointed Jason Bass as Chief Financial Officer and Antonio de la Rosa as Head of Strategic Partnerships, strengthening its leadership team in response to the company’s continued growth and the increasingly broad scope of its activities across arena investment, development, transformation and operations.
The appointments come as NextStage progresses work across multiple European markets and manages an expanding range of projects, partnerships, capital requirements and stakeholder relationships. With the breadth and complexity of the platform continuing to increase, the company is strengthening its leadership capacity to support the next stage of growth.
Jason Bass joins as Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for financial management, cash planning, capital strategy, fundraising and relationships with capital partners. He joins as NextStage advances its initial funding round, prepares for further capital formation and develops the financial infrastructure needed to support the company’s growth.

Antonio de la Rosa joins as Head of Strategic Partnerships, bringing experience in commercial relationship development, stakeholder management and strategic projects across multiple markets. He will focus on developing relationships with arena owners, clubs, municipalities, investors and other strategic partners, helping to progress projects and strengthen NextStage’s position across Europe.
